HABITAT is an Argentinean group from the Eighties, that disbanded in 1984. A brief second period took place in 1987 with some new contributors. The musicians then played a symphonic rock emphasising on the melodies, writing in the literary aspect of fantastic images inspired by J.R.R. TOLKIEN’s books. The third line-up began in 1994, and recorded “Historias Olvidadas” (“Forgotten Stories”): the album takes old songs interpreted with new arrangements. The second production “Baul Repleto De Sugerencias” was issued in 2001, and (“Chest Filled Up With Suggestions”) displayed a very sad an minimalistic Progressive rock.
