Sometimes we search through mountains of words, definitions and genres to describe and praise records of high-sounding names, without realizing that we can often find good music close to our noses.
minDance come from Campobasso and are responsible for an extraordinary album, suspended between psychedelia, what we could define as “classical”, blues and Anglo-Saxon progressive rock.
A sequence of songs of absolutely great impact, which starts decisive and hard, revealing a certain admiration for Black Sabbath, the oldest ones.
But then it’s as if the band let itself go in a whirlwind of sounds and colors, for a conscious and sought-after intoxication.
Hence ‘Hypgnosis’ emerges, a song where the dreamlike clinging to Barrett’s Pink Floyd is very palpable, even if it passes through a more “earthly” and lively ‘Colors’ (the song).
Then it’s all about going north, in an ethereal, atmospheric and relaxing journey, meeting that Unknown touched by fearless Cosmic Travellers…

Colors are the remedy against the monotony of greyness, whose toxic persistence now invades everyone realm of human existence.
Grayness that extinguishes diversity, identities, fantasies, creativity, i dreams. Colors are a sign and symbol of possibility, of vision, of perspective, of curiosity, of LIFE.
Colors they are the antidote to homogenization, manichaeism and one-sidedness.
The colors are joy, growth and conscious improvement.
And within the conscious limits that define us, we minDance try to bring colors in the lives of those who can and want….
“Colors ” is the color that wants to be reborn and it is music that it wants be heard rather than heard
