Composer, musician, arranger and producer, Valli has been collaborating since the 70s with the greatest protagonists of the music scene, collecting an incalculable series of successes.
Mina, Eros Ramazzotti, Vasco Rossi, Andrea Bocelli, Giorgia, Laura Pausini, Biagio Antonacci, Renato Zero, Gianni Morandi, Adriano Celentano, Ornella Vanoni, Jovanotti, Il Volo, Noemi, Emma, Raf, Matia Bazar, Fabio Concato, Fiorella Mannoia, Claudio Baglioni, are just some of the names with which he gives life to the unforgettable hits of the last decades.
At the same time he composes soundtracks for fiction and international films, participates in numerous editions of the Sanremo Festival and wins prestigious awards including Records of Gold and Platinum, Latin Grammy Award and Leone D’Oro for Lifetime Achievement.
In “Sette canzoni al piano” the classical matrix and the futuristic vision converge, they unite in the language and in the compositional form; the tracks distance themselves from any virtuosity and come together in “a album of light music for piano and orchestra” as defined by Valli himself. The writing uses the code of the song in which, for once, the voice is that of Celso’s piano.
