Prophexy is an excellent progressive rock band of our days, also attracted by heavy-metal and jazz. Recorded live on March 17th 2012 in Vicenza (Italy), “Improvviso” contains brand new songs, as well as new versions from the previous self-produced album “Alconauta” (2009).

Crazy time signatures, enchanting flute melodies and style contaminations are the genuine trademarks of the band. “Disassociation” and “Golf Girl” are the bonus-tracks here, two Caravan classics played together with Richard Sinclair, founder of the great English band, and icon of what is called the Canterbury School.
