Originally released in 1977, “Fiabe / Anima vai” is Loredana Bertè’s fourth 45rpm.
Both songs were written by the duo Avogadro – Pace, while Mario Lavezzi and Franco Monaldi took care of the production and the arrangements.
“Fiabe” is a song of great impact, where Loredana Bertè deals with the themes of feminism and social unease with great sensitivity; extremely actual topics that in those years began to change the conscience and the life of thousands of women. The song, characterized by Loredana’s great vocal intensity and enriched by the presence of Mia Martini’s backing vocals, was a great success and was widely transmitted by the then ‘new’ free stations.
“Anima vai”, a also with strong feminist and existential themes too, has never been included in any album.
This fundamental release is back on the market today for the “70Bertè Vinyl Collection” on the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women (November 2020).
