MeM is, to all intents and purposes, a duo formed in 2021 composed of the multi-instrumentalist Antongiulio Moneta and the talented saxophonist Davide Moneta.

They have three recordings under their belt: « Inevitabile Primavera », on compact disc, « Fogliadirugiada », on vinyl accompanied by CD; and this new « Cielo e Mare » on compact disc.

The album is a collection of music close to the Canterbury sound with Camel, Caravan and similar groups as an example, but with a truly unusual originality.

All the songs on this latest work are composed by Antongiulio Moneta who records the notes of guitars, keyboards, electric bass, percussion and voice (new compared to previous works), while the splendid saxophone parts are entrusted to the soprano, contralto and baritone of Davide Moneta.

The songs containing vocal parts are « Fata Morgana » and the title track « Cielo e Mare ».
