Misoginia. Affiora già dalla sola parola, da un termine, da certe occhiate e reazioni, da una smorfia. L’umanità e la sua lotta con il sesso femminile. Misoginia – di uomini e donne – verso chi può incrinare il potere, verso chi ha il potere di procreare, verso coloro che generano la vita ma non sanno concedere affetto. Un crimine destinato a perdurare nei secoli, in cui tutti siamo immersi e complici. Una storia che non bisogna dimenticare, nel rispetto delle sue vittime e delle sue eroine. Un tributo a tutte quelle donne che hanno subito violenza della nostra società: cieca, prepotente e ignorante. Da Caterina dé Medici a Ipazia, attraversando drammi personali e serial killer.
