The Cycle Is Complete is the only solo album by Canadian musician Bruce Palmer, former bassist of the original Buffalo Springfield lineup. It was released by Verve Forecast Records in February 1971.
In the lineup that accompanies Palmer there are some members of Kaleidoscope: Chester Crill, Paul Lagos, Jeff Kaplan and Richard Aplan.
