A new young guest for “Locanda del Vento” (Lizard records side label) with a strong and magical hard-progressive sound:<\/span><\/div>\n
CIVICO 23 is a new band from Rome, which has learned the fantastic historical lesson<\/span><\/div>\n
of Il Biglietto per L’Inferno, Museo Rosembach (about the actual prog band the closer reference can be Il Bacio della Medusa).<\/span><\/div>\n
“Siero Progressivo” is the debut album, with a special pathos and new energy.<\/span><\/div>\n
The histrionic singer Massimo Joe Galatone and all the musicians (2 guitars, keyboards, drums, bass) create epic songs like musical tales, talking about minstrels, knights, dragons, pirates, interstellar trips, apocalictic visions, ghosts.<\/span><\/div>\n
Every track is a compelling hard-prog composition, with excellent riffs and nice vintage atmospheres (keyboards are important for a good balance of the sound), with fascinating slow-breaks in seventies style.<\/span><\/div>\n

Una scarica di adrenalina e di fantasia hard-progressive di chiara ispirazione seventies <\/span><\/div>\n
investe stavolta la Locanda del Vento (Lizard side label): CIVICO 23, giovane band romana raccoglie il testimone del prog italiano degli anni 70, in primis band di riferimento quali Il Biglietto per l’Inferno, Museo Rosembach, (in termini odierni l’accostamento più facile è quello con Il Bacio della Medusa), innestandoci grande pathos e nuova energia.<\/span><\/div>\n
Caratterizzate dall’istrionico cantante Massimo “Joe” Galatone e dall’avvincente sound d’assieme (due chitarre, tastiere e sezione ritimica), le canzoni dei Civico 23 diventano racconti in musica, epiche saghe di menestrelli, draghi, cavalieri (“Il Menestrello”, Il Cavaliere Illuso”), pirati (“Paura Infinita”), viaggi interstellari (“Urano”), visioni apocalittiche (“I sette Angeli”), vertigini di volo (“Delirio ad Occhi chiusi”),<\/span><\/div>\n
fantasmi (i <\/var>13 minuti de “Le Ultime grida di Galeria”).<\/span><\/div>\n
“Siero Progressivo” è un susseguirsi intenso ed affascinante di progressioni hard-prog, di riff e assoli entusiasmanti, di<\/var> coinvolgenti<\/var> atmosfere seventies grazie al suono vintage tastieristico.<\/span><\/div>\n
