C’è certamente l’esperienza di chi affonda le proprie radici creative nella musica prog degli anni ’70. C’è la ricerca della canzone d’autore, tipica di quegli anni. Ci sono gli arrangiamenti avanguardistici su poetiche sottili ed impegnate. Senza dubbio c’è tutto questo nelle 10 canzoni del nuovo album della REALE ACCADEMIA DI MUSICA<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Due eccellenti stilisti dei loro strumenti come Pericle Sponzilli<\/strong><\/span> e Fabio Liberatori<\/span><\/strong>, non possono che tessere raffinate trame sonore e ricamare stupende melodie per un’opera  che ci porta in un attuale futuro, assieme alla bellissima voce di Erika Savastani<\/strong><\/span> e alle precise<\/span> <\/span>ritmiche di Andy Bartolucci<\/strong><\/span> (alla batteria) e  Fabio Frascini<\/span><\/strong> (al basso).<\/div>\n
Non manchera’ di sorprendere come il rock, filo conduttore di questo disco, faccia risaltare senza sacrificarle le splendide melodie vocali e come gli arrangiamenti, personali ed inequivocabilmente coinvolgenti, siano cesellati in modo quasi sartoriale, in un momento in cui assistiamo ad una generale carenza di stimoli sensoriali.”<\/div>\n

Dopo alcuni dischi che nell’arco degli anni ne hanno usato impropriamente il nome, la Reale Accademia di Musica<\/span><\/strong> pubblica finalmente il suo nuovo album: Angeli Mutanti<\/span><\/strong>. <\/span><\/div>\n
Complice forse della rinascita di questo nome storico del Progressive Rock italiano è stato nel settembre 2014 Guido Bellachioma che invitando Pericle Sponzilli<\/strong><\/span> al suo Progressivamente Free Festival lo fece suonare con i vecchi compagni dei Fholks e con vecchie conoscenze come l’Uovo di Colombo, la Raccomandata con Ricevuta di Ritorno e i Saint Just. Pericle Sponzilli<\/strong><\/span> e’ uno dei membri fondatori della Reale Accademia di Musica e ne era il chitarrista nonchè l’autore delle musiche dello storico album del 1972.<\/span><\/div>\n
Dopo l’esperienza del Progressivamente Free Festival ed il riavvicinamento ad un ambiente che non frequentava più da tempo, Pericle ha cominciato a scrivere nuova musica, musica pronta per essere messa su da un gruppo e progressiva, non tanto nei suoi canoni oramai divenuti di genere, ma progressiva soprattutto di pensiero! <\/span><\/div>\n
I riff e le melodie di Pericle Sponzilli hanno coinvolto Fabio Liberatori<\/strong><\/span>, vecchio compagno di avventura nella rock opera “Il Poliedro di Leonardo<\/strong><\/span>” del 1989. Fabio Liberatori<\/span><\/strong> e’ stato inoltre membro fondatore del gruppo degli STADIO,<\/span><\/strong> apprezzatissimo e premiato compositore di molte colonne sonore, la maggior parte delle quali di film diretti dal regista romano Carlo Verdone. <\/span><\/div>\n
La creatività vola alta e i due musicisti spaziano senza vincoli, liberi dove li porta il cuore. <\/span><\/div>\n
La voce espressiva di Erika Savastani<\/span><\/strong> di Deserto Rosso<\/strong> e le sapienti ritmiche di Andy Bartolucci<\/span><\/strong> e Fabio Fraschini<\/strong><\/span> hanno permesso l’armonica quadratura del cerchio.<\/span><\/div>\n
Ed il gruppo lavora come in una bottega, una scuola, un’accademia, fondendo gli stili, le esperienze e le capacità individuali. L’amicizia e la stima si rafforzano. <\/span><\/div>\n
Non è questa una accademia molto attuale e del tutto “reale<\/span>“? Una “reale<\/span>” accademia di musica?<\/span><\/div>\n

Two excellent “designers of their instruments” like <\/span><\/span>Pericle Sponzilli <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>and <\/span><\/span>Fabio Liberatori<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>, can not but weave refined sound textures and embroider beautiful melodies for a work that takes us into a current future, along with the beautiful voice of <\/span><\/span>Erika Savastani<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span> and the precise rhythm of <\/span><\/span>Andy Bartolucci<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span> (on drums) and <\/span><\/span>Fabio Frascini <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>(on bass).

The name REALE ACCADEMIA DI MUSICA<\/strong><\/span> has been misused <\/span>for a few years, releasing records and music without the famous trademark<\/span>, <\/span>the <\/span>real<\/span> <\/span>AC<\/span>C<\/span>ADEM<\/span>IA<\/span> <\/span>is now back with a<\/span> new album: Angeli Mutanti.
<\/span>The history begins when <\/span>in September 2014 Guido Bellachioma <\/span>invited<\/span> Pericle Sponzilli to his Progressiv<\/span>amente<\/span> Free Festival <\/span>and <\/span>made him play <\/span>together with <\/span>L’UOVO DI COLOMBO<\/strong><\/span><\/span>, the <\/span>RACCOMANDATA CON RICEVUTA DI RIT<\/strong><\/span><\/span>O<\/strong><\/span><\/span>RNO<\/strong><\/span><\/span> and <\/span>JENNY SORRENTI’s SAINT JUST<\/strong><\/span><\/span>. Pericle Sponzilli is one of the founding members of <\/span>REALE ACCADEMIA DI MUSICA<\/strong><\/span><\/span> <\/strong><\/span><\/span>and was the guitarist as well as the author of the music of the historical album of 1972.
After the experience of the Progressiv<\/span>amente<\/span> Free Festival, Pericle began to write new music, <\/span>with progressive roots, but mostly progressive in the mind!<\/span>
The riffs and melodies of Pericle Sponzilli<\/span><\/strong> involved Fabio Liberatori<\/span>, old <\/span>fellow<\/span> n the rock opera “Il Poliedro di Leonardo<\/span>” of 1989. Fabio Liberatori was also a founding member of the group <\/span>STADIO<\/strong><\/span><\/span>, highly appreciated and awarded composer of many soundtracks , most of which are directed by director Carlo Verdone.
Creativity flies high and the two musicians range without constraints, free <\/span>to go <\/span>where the heart <\/span>took<\/span> them.
The expressive voice of Erika Savastani<\/strong><\/span> and the wise rhythmic of Andy Bartolucci<\/span><\/strong> and Fabio Fraschini<\/span><\/strong> <\/span>completed the band.<\/span>
