HOMUNCULUS RES “Come si diventa ciò che si era”

Secondo album per i siciliani Homunculus Res, che conferma l’originalità del primo album e la piena maturità compositiva raggiunta dal gruppo.
I riferimenti principali rimangono il miglior Canterbury, i nostrani “Picchio dal Pozzo” e più in generale un approccio musicale aperto che coniuga melodia e struttura.
I testi, al solito divertenti e paradossali, hanno un filo conduttore, trattandosi di un concept “ambientato” in un ospedale civico.
Il disco ė arricchito da numerosi ospiti speciali quali David Newhouse (The Muffins), Aldo de Scalzi (Picchio dal Pozzo), Alco Frisbass, Regal Worm, Wyatt Moss-Wellington, Paolo “Ske” Botta (Yugen, Not a Good Sign, Ske).

Second album by the Sicilians Homunculus Res, confirming the originality of the first album and the full compositional maturity achieved by the band.
Their vein remains strongly related to the best Canterbury scene, particularly to ” Picchio dal Pozzo” but their musical approach remains open, combining melody and structure.
The lyrics, as usual amusing and ironic, have a common thread, since this is a “concept” concerning a city hospital .
The record is enriched by numerous special guests such as David Newhouse (The Muffins), Aldo de Scalzi (Picchio dal Pozzo), Alco Frisbass, Regal Worm, Wyatt Moss-Wellington, Paolo “Ske” Botta(Yugen, Not a Good Sign, Ske) .
