This is the first CD of the “new course” of Le Orme led by Michi Dei Rossi but assisted by five excellent musicians. Another concept album you might say but a special one. You can imagine from the title, the story is based on the meeting of peoples from ancient times, long before Marco Polo, who have found the right size on the Silk Road.
As the Arab Phoenix, like the Cat from seven lives, like a Highlander LE ORME reborn and return every time the most extraordinary and exciting than ever.
Some misunderstanding had undermined the existence of the longest in history progressive group but with an incredible backlash drummer Michi Dei Rossi has taken over the situation firmly and well, giving new life to one of the most amazing legends that Italian music recalls.
LE ORME enrich their outstanding creative path with another memorable work of symphonic rock, progressive and romantic; this path that, in 45 years, gave birth to masterpiece albums as Collage, Uomo di Pezza, Felona e Sorona, Contrappunti, Verità nascoste … today is more alive than never. All this demonstrates that the project Le Orme, thanks to the affection the fans have shown over the years, will continue for a long, long time with the quality that distinguishes it.
