Un’altra band sorprendente dalla California. L’ispirazione diretta di questa band è il rock progressivo più autentico degli anni Settanta, spogliato però di inutili virtuosismi e aperto alle influenze più eccentriche. In grande evidenza la melodia, mai scontata ma semplice e di sicura presa sull’ascoltatore. Molto curate anche le sonorità: accanto alla tipica strumentazione rock e vintage, troviamo fiati, percussioni e archi. Un approccio sicuramente inedito e moderno all’art rock.

Another surprising band from California. The direct inspiration of this band is the most genuine progressive rock from the 70s, but without hollow virtuosity and open to the most eccentric influences. In great evidence the melody, always unexpected but immediate and able to take a firm hold on the listener. Sounds are really accurate too: besides the typical rock and vintage instrumentation, you can find horns, percussions and strings. Surely a modern and original approach and to art rock.
