Ornella Vanoni in Özpetek’s latest film, “New Olympus”, with the song “Se ci sarà domani”, featured in the masterpiece album “Io Dentro / Io Fuori”

“Se ci sarà domani”, a song from the album “Io dentro” by Ornella Vanoni, has recently been rediscovered, attracting extraordinary interest from the public, thanks to its successful use in the new film by Ferzan Özpetek, “New Olympus” , released November 1st 2023 on Netflix.
“Io dentro/Io fuori”, reissued in 2022 in an unreleased collector’s version “Double LP 180. gr – White Limited Edition + Poster” and CD, was born from the precious collaboration between Ornella Vanoni and the historic group the New Trolls in 1977 ( year of first publication).
The first album “Io dentro” has a more intimate and personal style and is accompanied by conventional arrangements more in keeping with the light “tradition”, while the second “Io fuori” experiments with new harmonies and a decidedly more lively and captivating sound.
The lyrics are largely composed by Gianni Belleno and Giorgio D’Adamo (drummer and bassist of New Trolls respectively) together with Sergio Bardotti, who also oversaw (with Gepy & Gepy) the production and realization of the entire project.
