A new album by REALE ACCADEMIA DI MUSICA, featuring guitarist PERICLE SPONZILLI on vocals and FABIO LIBERATORI on keyboards, is being released via M.P. & Records.
This new album is being released exclusively on a limited edition of 150 copies, a transparent red vinyl edition recorded on only one side (etched).
The lineup is completed by ELIO VOLPINI on bass and the recently deceased WALTER MARTINO on drums, to whom this album is dedicated as the recording of the song "Da che tempo e' tempo" was his last musical work.
"Da che tempo è tempo" is a 9'17" suite that echoes the progressive style of the Reale Accademia di Musica's self-titled debut album from 1972, a song composed by Periche Sponzilli with lyrics by MASSIMO ALTOMARE. "Favola" is a new version of the opening song from the 1972 album, performed by Pericle Sponzilli and Fabio Liberatori.
